Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing acute care in a Level 1 Trauma Center emergency department. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care across diverse patient populations and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts with hours of 12 per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; basic nursing skills; at least 1 year of experience; availability to start by 08/10/2026; certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma experience and critical care experience are preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, but this position does not require float.
• Additional Information: The emergency department has 40 beds, with a patient ratio of approximately 1:6. The department treats all patient populations. Scrub color is flexible. The position is full-time with a guarantee of 36 hours weekly, and candidates should be team players ready to work varied shifts.
