TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Saratoga Springs, New York.
**TITLE**
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department
**REQUIREMENTS**
- New York RN license required at the time of submission
- Minimum 5 years of current Emergency Department experience preferred
- BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Epic charting experience required
- Omnicell medication system experience required
- Rhythm-reading competency: Must pass facility proctored rhythm/EKG exam
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor patient conditions and perform necessary interventions
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
**COMPLIANCE / NOTES**
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Influenza vaccine required by specified date; medical or religious exemptions must be submitted for approval
- Completion of required HealthStream modules by the desig
