First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Marshall, Michigan.

Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse – Night Shift

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
  • Weekend Protocol: Every other weekend required.
  • Holiday Protocol: Available for holiday coverage as needed.
  • On-Call Protocol: No on-call duties required.
  • Assignment Length: 13-Week Contract (Start Date: 08/31/2026)
  • RTO Limit & Protocol [STRICT]: Maximum 5 days of Requested Time Off (RTO) allowed. All RTO must be included in the profile at the time of initial upload; requests submitted during or after the interview will be rejected or lead to a rescinded offer.
  • Transportation Requirement: Traveler must have their own reliable vehicle for this assignment.
  • Facility Location: Marshall, MI.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of active Emergency Department (ED) RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Charge Nurse Competency [HARDSTOP]: Direct hands-on Charge Nurse experience is required.
  • EMR Mandate [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency with Cerner EMR is required.
  • Licensure & Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active Michigan State RN License (must be uploaded with profile).
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
    • Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
    • (TNCC certification is preferred).
