Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse position located in Warrenton, Virginia. The role involves providing critical nursing care in a busy ER setting within a 97-bed acute care hospital. The RN will be responsible for performing all emergency nursing tasks, supporting patient care across the entire age spectrum, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift; weekly guaranteed hours of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Virginia Registered Nursing (RN) license, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS certifications; 5+ years of ER nursing experience; current residence or willingness to work in Warrenton, VA
• Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of ER experience, patient-centered approach emphasizing positive patient and family experiences, operational efficiency focus
• Float: Float rotation may be required to the unit appropriate to skill or as a "set of hands"
• Additional Information: Must be self-motivated and self-sufficient, capable of performing all ER tasks including phlebotomy, IV placement, EKG, splinting, wound care, and transporting patients
