We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor with strong Behavioral Health leadership experience to support the Behavioral Health Department, including CPEP, Inpatient, and Outpatient services. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing leader ready to step into an Associate DON-level support role within a fast-paced acute care environment.
Position Details

- Setting: CPEP, Inpatient, and Outpatient Behavioral Health Services
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee nursing operations within Behavioral Health services
- Develop and implement programs to improve patient care and staff performance
- Monitor unit performance and collaborate with nurse managers on corrective action plans
- Maintain systems for medication error tracking, counseling documentation, and compliance reporting
- Support clinical quality initiatives and operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Provide leadership support across inpatient, outpatient, and psychiatric emergency services
