Schedule: Nights | 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM | 5 days/week (every other weekend & some holidays)

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Nursing (IMC) to provide off-shift leadership coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This leadership role oversees clinical operations, staffing, quality, and patient care delivery across assigned units.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & Patient Care- Oversee assessment, planning, and delivery of patient care
- Ensure a safe, patient-centered, and culturally sensitive environment
- Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to maintain care standards
Operational & Financial Management- Develop and manage staffing plans, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor operational performance metrics, overtime, and agency usage
- Ensure adequate unit coverage and efficiency
Quality & Compliance- Maintain compliance with CMS, IHI, CAP, and regulatory standards
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and performance programs
- Utilize data and tracer methodologies to enhance care delivery
Staff Leadership & Development- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
- Support staff education, training, and professional development
- Promote collaboration across interdisciplinary teams
Administrative Oversight- Lead unit planning and strategic initiatives
- Analyze patient and staff satisfaction data to improve outcomes
- Support recruitment, retention, and workforce engagement efforts
