• Location: Denville, NJ (Floating across multiple campuses)

• Start Date: 04/06/2026

• End Date: 07/05/2026

• Contract Type: Contract

• Shift Type: AM (Days + Standby)

• Shift Timing: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Hours per Week: 36 Hours (with additional shifts as needed)

• Candidate Pay Rate: $58– $60/hr (Blended)

• Provide safe and effective hemodialysis treatment to acute and chronic patients

• Monitor patients during dialysis, managing complications and ensuring stability

• Perform pre- and post-dialysis assessments including vital signs and fluid balance

• Operate and troubleshoot dialysis machines and related equipment

• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams across multiple campuses

• Educate patients and families on dialysis care, treatment plans, and lifestyle management

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory and safety standards

• Float across hospital campuses and LTAC settings as required

• Participate in standby/on-call rotations and respond promptly when needed

• 3x12-hour shifts weekly

• 2 Saturdays per month required

• Weekly standby rotation (7 PM – 7 AM)

• Monthly Sunday standby + backup standby coverage

• Frequent need to extend shifts or complete a third dialysis treatment run

• Floating required across multiple facilities including acute care hospitals and LTACs
