You will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments while ensuring safety, comfort, and high-quality outcomes throughout every shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during hemodialysis treatments
- Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis procedures
- Assess and document patient responses to treatment
- Administer medications and manage dialysis equipment safely
- Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and kidney health management
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Dialysis RN experience required
- Active RN license required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, patient monitoring, and renal care
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
