You will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments while ensuring safety, comfort, and high-quality outcomes throughout every shift.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care during hemodialysis treatments
  • Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis procedures
  • Assess and document patient responses to treatment
  • Administer medications and manage dialysis equipment safely
  • Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and kidney health management
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Dialysis RN experience required
  • Active RN license required
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification preferred

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
