Travel RN – Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)

Facility: DCH Health System – Regional Medical Center
Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Projected Start Date: 08/31/2026

Shift

• Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 3 × 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours/week guaranteed
• 48 hours/week available for those interested 

EMR: Meditech

Pay Package

• Weekly Gross: $2,130
• Weekly Stipend: $1,246
• W2 Weekly: $884

Certifications Required

• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• AHA NIH Stroke Scale (or Red Cross equivalent) 

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of CICU/CVICU or critical care RN experience
• Candidates with 18 months of experience may be considered if they have at least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty 

Floating

• Must be willing to float to other units and DCH hospitals as needed 

Scheduling Requirements

• Every other weekend
• Holidays as required
