Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 5 days per week; every third week includes weekend coverage (with a day off before and after the weekend worked)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive healthcare services in a secure medical environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering treatments, and supporting interdisciplinary healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
- Conduct patient rounds and evaluate care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, including controlled substances
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including those who are bedridden
Leadership & Coordination:
- Support emergency response efforts (e.g., Code Blue)
- Supervise and guide assigned healthcare support staff
- Act as shift lead when required
- Assist physicians with diagnostic evaluations
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and medications
- Complete incident and required reports
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medications and medical supplies
- Coordinate appointments and prescription orders
- Participate in meetings and quality improvement initiatives
