Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused bedside nursing care throughout the shift
- Perform thorough assessments and create clear, actionable nursing plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Document patient status and interventions clearly in the medical record
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent patient care
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate when needed
- Educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe transitions
- Maintain infection control standards and a safe clinical environment
