Job Title: RN – Telephone Triage
Location: Newton, MA 02459
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Day (08:00 AM – 05:30 PM), 40 hours/week
Local Pay: $45 - $50 hourly
Traveler Pay: $2200 - $2400 weekly
- Conduct telephone triage and patient assessment.
- Provide patient education and teaching on health management and preventive care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and coordinate care across clinical and community resources.
- Assist providers with follow-up of test results and patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Participate in weekly orientation and training sessions.
