About the Position

Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager
Location: Greensboro, NC
Agency: Job.com LLC
Pay: $2,500 to $2,600 per week
Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate discharge planning and patient needs assessments
Manage patient plans of care and DME orders
Ensure compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for smooth transitions of care

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
Acute hospital background
Experience with ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and Observation units
Previous Charge Nurse experience
Strong Case Management & Utilization Review skills
BLS Certification
EPIC EMR proficiency
