Job Title: Case Manager Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Must have RN license in hand for Auto Offer Certifications: BLS, ACM Certification preferred Must-Have: Epic experience Acute Care experience Description: This position involves managing the care of patients in an acute hospital setting. Must be willing to work every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule. Candidates may be required to float within the facility to meet patients' needs. Preference will be given to applicants who possess required certifications. The position may involve limited orientation hours and specific training modules.
