Job Title: RN Case Manager Profession: Nursing Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with DCP required License: RN Certifications: BSN required, must have New York license Must-Have: Recent experience with DCP Description: This position is for a RN Case Manager. The start date for this position is flexible. Work schedule is ideally 4/10's with shifts from 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm. Consultant will need to work every other Sunday and 2 weekends a month. There is some flexibility if the consultant prefers a 5/8's schedule with shifts from 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Expected hours are 40 hours per week. Candidates must have the required RN and BSN credentials. A valid New York RN license is needed prior to employment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for extension.
