Location: York, Maine
Weekly Pay: $2,655/week (includes $1,435 stipend)
W2 Pay Rate: $30.50/hr

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
OR
• Four 10-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Weekend rotation required | No Call
• Conduct patient assessments and identify discharge planning needs
• Coordinate utilization management activities across hospital departments
• Collaborate with care teams during daily rounds and care planning
• Arrange patient resources including equipment, transportation, and authorizations
• Monitor patient length of stay and support quality care outcomes
