Description:
The position is for an Acute Care RN Case Manager.
The role requires coverage for inpatient medical/surgical patients.
Candidates must have experience in Acute Care Hospital Case Management, Utilization Management, and Discharge Planning.
The clinician to patient ratio is 1:15.
The patient population is adult, and the facility has a bed count of 200.
Charting is done using the EMR system EPIC.
Floating may be required, but rotating shifts are not necessary.
