Job Title: RN - Case Management - Travel

Location: Fond du Lac, WI

Pay: 2546.40 weekly

Shifts: M-F; 8am-5pm

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN with a specialty in Case Management for a travel assignment. This role involves working in diverse locations within Wisconsin, offering the opportunity to provide care primarily in home settings within Fond du Lac, Dodge, and Columbia counties. The nurse will be responsible for up to 5 home visits per day, without weekend or on-call requirements.

Requirements of the RN - Case Management - Travel
  • RN License for WI
  • Wound Care Experience
  • Certified CPR/BLS
  • Valid DL, Reliable Vehicle, Valid Car Insurance
  • Ability to analyze complex medical information and make decisions
