Typical diagnoses include CVA, SCI, TBI, and various other conditions. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5, which will influence case management workload. You will collaborate with a team to ensure effective patient care and support. Flexibility and strong communication skills are essential. Candidates should be organized and thrive in a team atmosphere. It is important to have experience with insurance authorization processes.
