RN Supervisor – Long Term Care

$2,300 to $2,450 per week

Evenings - 5 x 8 hours

• Supervise and direct nursing staff on assigned shifts to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Provide hands-on clinical support and guidance to nurses and CNAs.
• Conduct resident assessments, monitor care plans, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the healthcare team regarding resident status.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff through infection control and safety practices.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in staff training and evaluations.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes teamwork and resident satisfaction.
