The position includes working every fourth weekend. The candidate must work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays. While previous charge experience is not mandatory, it is preferred. Experience with a charting system, particularly Epic, is necessary. Candidates must be willing to float within their scope of practice as needed. There are pre-approved time off policies in place. The educational requirement is a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred. Experience with needs assessment and order of durable medical equipment is a plus. The ability to create a plan of care is essential. This position requires direct support and coordination for patient care.
