Minimum 1-year current acute Care Case Manager RN experience RN or Licensed social worker BLS Active KS licensure Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Midas and HCA case management experience Prior HCA Hospital experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Case management assessment Discharge planning Best personality Fit: Flexible, this is a very busy, fast paced environment that is constantly changing Unit Guidelines/ feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. PCU- is a medical step-down unit with a variety of patients. Overall, our case management team is very welcoming, very collaborative and helpful.
