Registered Nurse (RN) – Care Coordination / Case Management | 13-Week Contract

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Care Case Management to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and utilization review in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, able to manage complex discharge needs, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and timely patient transitions.

• 13-week assignment
• 8-hour day shifts
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation
• First to float
• 12-hour night shift option may be available for candidates with Emergency Department experience
• No overtime
