Job Title: RN Case Management Profession: Nursing Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience in an acute care setting. Description: The RN Case Management position is responsible for managing a caseload of patients in an acute care setting. The shift for this position is Monday through Friday, with hours from 08:00 to 16:30, including every other weekend. The unit consists of a mix of registered nurses and social workers, with a total staffing of 23. Patient ratios are approximately 1:25 for RNs and 1:40 for social workers. Strong communication skills and time management abilities are essential for success in this role. Candidates should be adaptable, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a teamwork approach are highly valued in the unit. Business casual attire is the expected dress code for this position.
