Job Title: RN Case Management Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have: Experience in an acute care setting Description: The unit operates with a total of 289 beds and a staff of 23, consisting of both full-time and PRN staff. The RN to patient ratio is estimated at 1:25, while the social worker to patient ratio is estimated at 1:40. Documentation is performed using Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky systems. This position requires the ability to multitask and work independently while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills and effective time management are essential attributes for this role. A teamwork approach is highly valued within the unit. The dress code is business casual.
