License : Texas State or any Multistate

Min 1+ Years of Relevent Experience.
No locals unless listed as a local req. (over 50 miles)
Candidates must agree to float to other facilities within a 25 mile radius
Must have address verified from Drivers' License
All applicable skills checklists, certifications, completed reference (one completed or more), etc
