Description:
This position requires working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for case management.
The role includes rotating weekends.
The unit consists of 214 beds with 11 staff members.
Patient ratios can range from 25 to 30.
Daily activities will involve discharge planning and care coordination.
Familiarity with Meditech is preferred.
Equipment used includes computers, fax machines, and printers.
Candidates should be team players and adaptable.
Scrubs should be royal blue, paired with business professional attire and a white lab coat.
Weekend coverage will be rotational as needed.
No floating assignments are required.
