• Experience assessing patients in:
1-Acute Inpatient
2-Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
3-Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC)
4-Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
• Required Certifications: BLS,.
• Skill checklist required.
• Two recent supervisor or manager references required.
• Shift & Contract: Days | 5 x 8s |
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.
