LRS Healthcare - Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Dover, New Jersey.
Facility Requirements: • Must have BLS certification (Must be through the American Heart Association) • Must have mininum 4 years recent RN Case Management or Licensed Clinical Social Worker experience, with experience in a LTAC or STACH setting, MCG, discharge planning across acute care settings, strong IDT collaboration • Must have New Jersey RN or multi-state RN or NJ SW license • Shift is Monday - Friday 8a-430p
