Department exp neede: ED/CC/Trauma
Position Details:
- Title: Patient Care Manager (RN)
- Location: Children's Minnesota – St. Paul & Minneapolis (initial assignment in the St. Paul PICU; must be willing to float between both hospitals as needed)
- Schedule: Primarily Day Shift, with occasional evening/night coverage based on operational needs
- Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota RN License
- BLS Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, or an advanced degree in Nursing Leadership in lieu of leadership experience
- Previous informal leadership experience (Charge RN, Clinical Educator, Preceptor, etc.) is preferred
