Travel RN – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Days | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Four 10-hour shifts per week with call | 12-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular operating room setting with a 1:1 patient ratio across 3 OR suites
- Perform RN circulating duties for cardiovascular surgical procedures including CABG, TAVR, and VATS
- Collaborate with surgical technologists and the broader OR team to ensure safe, efficient surgical care
- Utilize Meditech for accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout the perioperative process
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience (2 years preferred)
- RN circulating experience in a cardiovascular OR setting
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with CABG, TAVR, and/or VATS procedures
- Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
- Comfort working in a high-acuity, fast-paced cardiovascular surgical environment
