Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
- Assist with cardiovascular surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with the surgical team including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
- Fulfill on-call requirements, including one weekend of call per month and one to two days of call during the week
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Ability to meet on-call obligations as outlined by the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in a CVOR or surgical specialty setting
- Familiarity with cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and procedures
