Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) setting across assigned campus locations
- Float between multiple campus locations as needed, typically with one day of advance notice based on scheduled cases?
- Participate in a late and on-call rotation, including overnight call shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and weekend call, within each 6-week schedule block
- Rotate weekend shifts on an alphabetical basis; assigned weekend shifts may be days or nights
- Observe holiday rotation requirements, including one major and two minor holidays per contract period
- Perform Charge RN duties as needed during off-shift hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 18 months of operating room (OR) experience
- Strong proficiency in ENT and neuro surgical cases
- Ability to fulfill on-call obligations; no set or blocked schedules
- Ability to float between multiple campus locations as assigned
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior CVOR-specific experience
- Experience performing Charge RN responsibilities in a surgical or perioperative environment
