Description
- Start Date: August 17, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days, 3×12-hour (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Circulate and scrub for cardiovascular surgeries.
- Assist with CABG, valve replacements, MAZE procedures, aortic aneurysm repairs, heart transplants, and other open-heart procedures.
- Respond to cardiac emergencies and participate in on-call cases.
- Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and equipment.
- Administer blood products and monitor cardiac patients intraoperatively.
- Follow Universal Protocol (Time Out) and specimen handling procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, perfusionists, and the OR team.
