Description

Job Title: CVOR Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required in CVOR License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience Description: Travel experience is required. The position will not float between units. On-call duty is required as assigned per unit need. Weekends are required, with one call weekend per month. Block scheduling is not required. Expected patient ratios are 1:1. Special requirements include not allowing 48-hour approvals. Must have a vehicle for this assignment. Travelers may be expected to float to other units based on skill sets. The facilities include various locations. Travelers booked at a non-facility and asked to float may receive additional incentives. The facility is classified as a short-term acute care hospital with a total of 536 staff beds. Scrub colors are flexible. Charting is done using Epic. No parking fees are required. The position will require working three of five major holidays. Two references covering one year within the last three years are required during the compliance process. Travelers must respond to questions about previous employment history during submittal. Refusing to float may result in termination of the assignment. If a mobile phone is required for the assignment, the provider may be reimbursed for work-related cell phone use. Modules are completed during orientation and annually, with time spent self-reported and recorded.
