Number of Staff – 25
Type of staff:
Day Shift – Charge RN, RN s, CST, Anesthesia/ hours of operation 7am-5:30pm/ We have great service line leaders to support the team
Night Shift – On call team
Patient Ratios – 1:1, estimated never guaranteed
Type of equipment – Belmont Rapid Fusion
EMR – Meditech / CPN
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year of current acute care hospital PEDS CVOR RN experience
BLS & ACLS
Cardiac / Open Heart surgery is required
Preferred or nice to have candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Pediatrics experience
CVOR/Cardiac experience
Able to function in multiple service lines
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Orthopedic, ENT, Urology, Spine, General, GYN, Endoscopy, Plastics, Cardiac
Manage the Operating room, assist surgeons, monitor vital signs and provide pre- and post-operative care.
