Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit in Bemidji, MN

Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed cardiovascular/critical care unit with approximately 50% cardiac patient population
• Respond to code blue calls and manage patients requiring arterial lines, mechanical ventilators, BiPAP, and cardiac monitoring
• Perform ventilator weaning and extubation as indicated by patient condition and care team direction
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for documentation and medication management
• Float to other critical care areas including Telemetry and the Emergency Department as needed
• Badge in and out at the facility per required compliance protocols

• Active Minnesota state RN license
• Active BLS certification – American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Active ACLS certification – American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of cardiac nursing experience
• Willingness to float to Telemetry and Emergency Department units

• TNCC certification highly preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR; candidates with experience in other EMR systems will be considered

• Work in a structured critical care environment with an orientation program tailored to your experience level
• Gain broad critical care exposure through cross-unit float opportunities in a collaborative healthcare setting
