Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) for a travel assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. This role involves working within a dynamic, high-acuity environment in a 22-bed ICU unit at a renowned academic medical center.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVICU
  • Provide care for patients in a Surgical and Medical Cardiac Critical Care unit
  • Manage post-operative conditions such as CABG, valve replacement, and support devices like Impella and IABP
  • Perform titration of vasoactive and antiarrhythmics, cardiac waveform interpretation, and hemodynamic monitoring
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team including CNAs, RTs, and intensivists
  • Adapt to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Requirements of the RN - CVICU
  • Minimum of 1-year CVICU experience
  • Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Preferred CCRN certification and EPIC experience
