Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum of 24 months CVICU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months
License: Active license to practice
Certifications: Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor, Active BLS certification from an approved vendor
Must-Have:
- No hits on state license to practice
- Candidate's driver's license to verify residency
- Travel experience (highly preferred)
Description:
Weekend and holiday rotation is required.
There may be possible call and float to support units.
Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments in any Arizona facility.
Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept.
The more flexible candidates are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster an offer can be secured.
Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.
Requested time off must be listed and cannot exceed 7 days.
No requested time off is allowed during the first week of the assignment.
Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in.
They should specify facility names or indicate that they are open to any facility in any state.
Candidates should indicate all shifts they are willing to work.
All departments in which candidates have experience and are willing to work should be specified.
All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available.
Strict adherence to all background check standards is required.
Candidates must complete a cover page, submit a resume with all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds listed.
A CVICU skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months.
Active licenses must be verified within the last 30 days.
