Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVICU Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of CVICU experience required License: Compact or State License required at time of submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CCRN preferred Must-Have: - 2 years of CVICU experience - ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications - Prefer candidates with ECMO experience Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse with CVICU experience. Candidates must have ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. CCRN certification is preferred. Experience with ECMO is also preferred. Candidates should be flexible to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. Candidates must be available for a night shift schedule. Local travelers within a specified radius are not accepted. All candidates must comply with COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements, with medical or religious exemptions considered. Experience requirements include managing arterial lines, ventilated patients, central line care, and interpretation of dysrhythmias among others. The unit supports a range of interdisciplinary services, and staff will manage diverse patient diagnoses and procedures. Compliance with all required certifications and exams is mandatory. Candidates must present any time off at time of submission; requests for time off after an offer will not be approved. Rehire eligibility must be checked prior to submission.
