Special Equipment : - #Tier2 Travel Compliance Submission Process: Full file due by Noon Thursday prior to start date . Insufficient documentation will result in a 2-week start date push . Orientation is held every other Monday . All required information must be included at time of submittal. Submission Details: SSN and DOB required at time of submittal. RTO must be included at time of submittal. Minimum 2 years RN experience required. WV or Compact License required; pending license accepted for submission. Candidates must have a permanent address 100 miles from the facility. Candidates between 75 100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the same rate.
