Key Responsibilities- Perform patient care functions in accordance with Maine Board of Nursing standards and facility policies and procedures
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Unit Director and Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse for the assigned shift
- Monitor and assess cardiac stepdown patients, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Required Qualifications- Current Maine RN license
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work flexible hours as a collaborative team player
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Telemetry experience
- MOAB or CPI certification
