Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed per Week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting with a 3:1 patient ratio
- Perform circulating and monitoring duties during cardiac catheterization and related procedures
- Respond to STEMI call within a 30-minute response time to the hospital
- Operate and assist with high-risk equipment including Impella, IABP, and similar devices
- Fulfill on-call requirements of approximately 7–9 shifts per month, including one weekend rotation
- Float to an additional facility location within Tucson as needed
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience (3+ years preferred; less may be considered)
- Experience with circulating and monitoring in a Cath Lab environment
- Familiarity with STEMI protocols and high-risk cardiac equipment (Impella, IABP, Anari)
- Ability to meet a 30-minute on-call response time requirement
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
- Experience in Interventional Radiology (IR)
- Prior travel nursing experience
