Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP setting within a short-term acute care facility
- Perform on-call duties as required by the unit
- Float to additional hospital campuses within the health system as needed to meet facility staffing needs
- Complete required pre-start and annual compliance modules in a timely manner upon assignment confirmation
- Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic health record system
Required Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license — no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum of 18 months of Cath Lab experience required; 2 years preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submission — no pending certifications accepted
- Must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) required within 12 months of start date
- Must pass EKG and Pharmacology tests during orientation (2 attempts maximum; no remediation between attempts)
- All requested time off must be submitted at time of initial submission; no exceptions
Preferred Experience / Skills- 2 or more years of Cardiac Cath Lab / EP nursing experience
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record charting system
- Experience floating across multiple hospital campuses or units within a health system
