    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Electrophysiology Lab

    Location

    Roanoke, VA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Rotating late shifts | No weekends | No on-call requirement

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an Electrophysiology Lab setting, supporting advanced EP procedures and mapping
    • Apply sterile technique and manage equipment and supplies throughout procedures
    • Perform EKG lead placement, dysrhythmia recognition, and interpretation
    • Operate and assist with fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and EP-specific technology including Carto, Ensite, and Cardiolab systems
    • Maintain knowledge of and adherence to isolation precautions and infection control protocols
    • Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR
    Required Qualifications
    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
    • EP Lab clinical experience, including EP mapping
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR
    • Strong cardiac background with demonstrated dysrhythmia recognition and interpretation skills
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with Siemens, Phillips, Carto, Ensite, and/or Cardiolab systems
    • Familiarity with fluoroscopy and ultrasound in a cath or EP lab environment
    • Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiac specialty setting
