    RN - Electrophysiology / Cardiac Cath Lab

    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (0800–1830) | 4x10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | On-call requirements include 1–2 nights per week and every 4–5 weekends depending on staffing and departmental needs

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 6-room Cardiac Cath/EP Lab unit with 9 pre/post holding bays, maintaining a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio during procedures and 1:3 in the holding area
    • Support a caseload of 10–25 cases per day ranging from diagnostic procedures to complex PCI and Structural Heart cases
    • Fulfill on-call assignments including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by departmental staffing needs
    • Float between affiliated campuses or locations within the health system based on operational needs, including same-day adjustments when necessary
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center environment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN licensure in Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology
    • Previous travel nursing experience required
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification preferred
    • Experience with complex PCI and Structural Heart procedures
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and float to alternate campuses with limited notice
