Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Four 10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and emergency Cardiac Cath procedures
- Perform assignments as a circulator, scrub, or monitor nurse within the Cardiac Cath Lab
- Cover the holding area and/or EP Lab as required
- Complete ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation with an acceptable passing score
Required Qualifications- Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing
- Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (no pending renewals)
- Active NIHSS certification
- Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from assignments within the past 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Xper (Wit) imaging system
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records
