Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform right and left heart catheterizations with both diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Assist with peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures using advanced equipment like Impella and Balloon pump
- Monitor patients closely with a 3:1 ratio ensuring personalized care
- Document procedures accurately using Merge Hemo documentation system
- Respond to STEMI calls and provide critical support across nearby sister hospitals when needed
Qualifications
- Active RCIS certification required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- EP experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with GE lab systems, Impella, Balloon pump, Penumbra, and IVUS equipment
- Strong documentation skills with Merge Hemo system
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Comfortable with rotating call and occasional coverage at sister facilities
