Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Services Duration: 12 months Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (08:00 - 18:30) Experience: Minimum 5 years of combined experience in PACU, ICU, CCU, and/or Cath Lab. Minimum 1 year of experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology. Minimum 5 years of clinic nursing experience. License: Current RN License Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization and Electrophysiology procedures and techniques, including equipment, accessories, surgical procedures, sterile technique, and patient care. Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac Catheterization Services. The position requires a strong background in cardiac procedures. Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of both diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterizations. Experience in patient care in a high-acuity setting is essential. A minimum of 1 year in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology is required. Candidates should have experience in procedural sedation administration and monitoring. Knowledge in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias is necessary. The ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team is critical. Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months is preferred. Applicants must have a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
