General Information:
Beds: 2 rooms – 1 EP/Cath room, 1 Cath Lab
Minimum Years of Experience? 2 years, for RN and Techs
Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
Cath Lab - Diagnostics, interventional, femoral and radial approach, IFR, FFR, Balloon pumps
EP – pacemakers, AICS, loop recorders, diagnostic EP, right sided ablations
Average cases per day: 4
Required Licensure & Certifications:
RN: BLS, ACLS
RT: BLS, ARRT or RCIS; ACLS preferred
Skills required:
RN - Experience with the above patient types, Cath Lab, Critical care experience (ED or ICU).
RT/CVT - Cath lab experience and experience with the above patient types.
Balloon pumps, temp pacers
This is a 24/7. 365 STEMI Program. Travelers need to work well together, maintain a team environment, have great communication skills, work well interdisciplinary teams, Willing to teach and educate others
